The terms and conditions of hire.

                     1/ A non refundable deposit of £ 100-00 is payable when booking
                     (£ 50-00 for non-wedding bookings). 
                     The balance is to be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the wedding date.

                     2/ Dates of wedding bookings are non-transferable.

                     3/ Cancellations are only accepted in writing and are subject to the
                     following charges:
                     50% of balance payable, if cancelled within 120 days of wedding date.
                     100% of balance payable, if cancelled within 60 days of a wedding date.
                     (Non-wedding bookings), 100% of balance payable, if cancelled within
                     30 days of booking date.

                     4/ We will allow adequate time for the journey but are not liable for any
                     delays beyond our control.

                     5/ If for any reason we are unable to complete the booking, we will not be
                     held responsible or liable for any consequential losses. Any refunds we
                     give, will be limited to the original money paid by the client.

                     6/ Smoking is not permitted in our vehicle.

                     7/ The client is responsible for the conduct of their passengers. 
                     We therefore reserve the right to invoice the client, for any valeting
                     costs, replacements or repair for damage to our vehicle or it's fixtures,
                     by the client or their passengers.

                     8/ The chauffeur will decline to transport passengers or luggage, if, in
                     his opinion, passengers are unsafe to travel, or the vehicle is overloaded.

                     9/ We accept no responsibility or liability for passengers luggage or 
                     personal property, unless lost or damaged due to our negligence.

                     10/ We accept no responsibility or liability for restrictions relating to
                     vehicle access at any location.
